The police department was assisted Tuesday by members of the U.S. Chad Berry, 28, of Ranson Estates Circle in Ranson, W.Va., who is wanted on one count of distribution of heroin and one count of conspiracy to distribute heroin.Glenn Radcliff, 58, of South Raleigh Street in Martinsburg, who is wanted on one count of distribution of heroin.Patrick Duggan, 39, of South Queen Street in Martinsburg, who is wanted on one count of distribution of heroin.Nicholas Ailshie, 22, of Virginia Avenue in Martinsburg, who is wanted on two counts of distribution of heroin.Tyrone Yates, 20, of North Raleigh Street in Martinsburg, who is wanted on two counts of distribution of marijuana.Tashawna Mack, 26, of Circle Drive in Halethorpe, Md., who is wanted on two counts of distribution of heroin.Six other people are wanted on drug-distribution charges, including: Taylor Cook, 20, of Brilliant Stone Court in Martinsburg, who was charged with one count of distribution of heroin and three counts of conspiracy to distribute heroin.Christian Dempsey, 19, of Townsend Ridge Road in Hedgesville, W.Va., who was charged with four counts of distribution of heroin and four counts of conspiracy to distribute heroin.Ricky Leon Hardeman III, 26, of Garden Drive in Martinsburg, who was charged with three counts of distribution of crack cocaine.Jessica Renee Haines, 32, no fixed address, who was charged with three counts of distribution of heroin.Victoria Hope Staubs, 19, of Tamarack Drive in Martinsburg, who was charged with one count of distribution of an imitation substance.Stewart Jr., 25, of Pickett Avenue in Inwood, W.Va., who was charged with four counts of distribution of heroin and two counts of conspiracy to distribute heroin. Tracy Dean Pearson Jr., 18, of West Virginia Avenue in Martinsburg, who was charged with three counts of distribution of heroin.Those arrested, according to a police department news release, were: Thirteen people were arrested Tuesday on drug-related charges as part of the Martinsburg Police Department's "Operation Spring Cleaning," an initiative targeting illegal drug dealing in the city.
